By optimizing every aspect of the consumer experience, we made this the BEST Black Friday Ever for Samsung and BestBuy.

While at RG/A, I lead a team that worked with SamsungUS. BlackFriday is their biggest day of the year and they tasked us with beating their ROI on their DTC Email and Digital campaign from the year before. Our response was “The Best Black Friday Ever.” The campaign included a website, a GoogleMaps powered app, a ton of social posts as well as In-Store collateral. Specifically for BestBuy we created the TweetDucken on Twitter. What exactly is a TweetDucken? Watch this:
